Can this item be used outside?

Yes! This prop can be used outdoors. This item is water resistant, but we recommend bringing it indoors during inclement weather (wind, rain, snow, etc).

What are the dimensions of the box?

42.5 in. by 35 in. by 35 in.

I can't find the chest piece when removing the prop from the box. What should I do?

Take a look inside of your tombstone. When packaging, it is best to put the chest piece inside the tombstone to prevent damage during shipping. If you looked in your tombstone and still can't find your chest piece, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com, and we will assist you.

My prop won’t activate. What should I do?

Ensure that your prop is turned on and that there are no obstructions in front of the motion sensor. If your prop still will not activate, please do not hesitate to contact support@tekkytoys.com and we will assist you.

A part of the item won’t move, what should I do?

If you’re using an adapter, ensure that it is plugged in fully/correctly. Check to see if anything is obstructed by wires, clothing, etc. Try disconnecting all of the wires and connect them again. If the part still isn’t working, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com.
