Can this prop be used outdoors?

This prop can be used outdoors in a sheltered area. We recommend bringing it inside during inclement weather (wind, rain, snow, etc.).

How do I get the motion/sound activation to work?

The motion sensor is located in the back of this prop. We recommend switching out the batteries then turning your prop to the "ON" setting. Turn the doll so that her back is facing you then, about 2-4 feet away from the prop, try waving your hands in front of your doll. If that doesn't work, try loudly clapping (not directly in fron of) at your doll. If your prop still won't activate after replacing batteries, moving, and clapping, you can contact support@tekkytoys.com for additional support.

My prop isn’t lighting up, how do I troubleshoot?

Ensure that the part that isn’t lighting is connected properly to the control box. If using batteries, ensure that you’re using fresh alkaline batteries. If using an adapter, ensure that it is completely/correctly connected. (We recommend using your adapter opposed to batteries for troubleshooting.) If the lights still don’t work, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com and we will assist you.
