Yes! This prop can be used outdoors. This item is water resistant, but we recommend bringing it indoors during inclement weather (wind, rain, snow, etc.). 

Ensure that your prop is turned on and that there are no obstructions in front of the motion sensor. If your prop still will not activate, please do not hesitate to contact support@tekkytoys.com and we will assist you. 

Ensure that the part that isn’t lighting is connected properly to the control box. If using an adapter, ensure that it is completely/correctly connected. If the lights still don’t work, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com and we will assist you. 

Ensure proper operation of the lanterns by connecting one wire to activate the lights and the other to control the box. If experiencing issues with lights or sound, disconnect one wire at a time to identify the source of the problem. If you need assistance, please reach out to support@tekkytoys.com.    

• Before standing up, confirm all wires are securely connected and threaded through the columns. Exercise caution when plugging them in. 

• When assembling the top of the column and attaching the raven, ensure the slit on the side of the column top faces outward, not inward, to avoid issues. 

• Align the arrows when joining the prong wires together to ensure correct connection. 

• If the sign appears warped with noticeable gaps between its parts, use black zip ties to securely fasten them together.
