I can’t get the arms to go in place. What do I do?

If the arms aren’t going in, try adjusting while simultaneously applying pressure and maneuver the arms in. 

Can this prop be used outside?

This item can be used in a covered outdoor setting, but it should be brought indoors during bad weather. For year-round display, we recommend using it indoors as per the packaging.

A part of the item won’t move, what should I do?

Ensure that your adapter is plugged in fully/correctly. Check to see if anything is obstructed by wires, clothing, etc. Try disconnecting all of the wires and connect them again. If the part still isn’t working, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com.

My prop won’t activate. What should I do?

Ensure that your prop is turned on and that there are no obstructions in front of the motion sensor. If your prop still will not activate, please do not hesitate to contact support@tekkytoys.com and we will assist you.
